Micalac fat filled milk powder – Instant

A spray dried high quality skimmed milk, homogenized with high quality, refined, stabilized, vegetable fat, (palm oil), spray dried, agglomerated and treated with lecithin at the end of the drying process in order to give the powder a maximum of properties.

Fat : min 28%
Ash : max 6%
Lactose : 36 – 50
Solubility : max 1.25 ml
Moisture : max 4 %

Applications:

A wide variety of applications including ice creams, bakery, pastry and confectionery.
