The position
As contact person for our business partners, the Operations Coordinator takes care of the follow up of the contract with our customers and suppliers. This includes preparing, planning and booking transport. The job is very diverse and challenging due to its speed and complexity. We are looking for a strong and pro-active employee who is interested in arranging international logistics operational activities and has affinity with documents and regulations.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensures correct organization and optimal execution in the supply chain;
- Internal contact for colleague’s from own and other department for customs, country regulations, export documents and changes in the supply chain;
- Responsible for correct document management;
- Check Letter of Credit and make invoices;
- Ensures accurate stock management in warehouses;
- Handling minor non-conformities and claims;
- Provides customer service on any question from customers and suppliers;
- Responsible for tendering and optimal transport prices;

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator who
- Has a BSC / MSC degree;
- Has relevant work experience;

- Good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office and – Dynamics and ERP-systems);

Commercial Manager Futures (M/F) Fulltime (Dallas)
For the Trade Department at our office in Dallas (TX), we are looking for a Commercial Manager Futures (M/F) Fulltime

The position
As a Commercial Manager Futures you buy and sell dairy futures and options on the markets (especially the CME), taking in to account all the risks and company policies. You analyze the markets and advise the commodity Commercial Managers on your analyses. In this position, you will deal with a highly volatile market, so you need to be on top of everything that influence the world dairy market.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Enter and exit positions on futures and options markets, by evaluating the current market situation in cooperation with other members of the Futures Trading department;
- Manage and track position, currency and price risks, act accordingly;
- Execute the defined strategy and give ideas on improving/new strategies;
- Involvement with allocations team to gain the necessary understanding of physical order book and product flow; in order to achieve optimum cash efficiency and improve profit margins for total company positions;
- Identify, follow and analyze the market and communicates this with colleagues. Sees opportunities (speculator) in the market and initiates/coordinates required action on the trade floor;
- Optimize purchase and sales conditions of futures accompanying financial obligations in accordance with the management policy;
- Take care of a correct and timely information transfer to the trade department;
- Take care of a professional, efficient execution of purchase and sales contract with the finance department;
- Maintain industry relationships – with key producers/suppliers, trading partners, brokers, and others in the market;
- Visit business relations and international fairs.

We are looking for a Commercial Futures Manager who has
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree;
- Demonstrated a Fundamental understanding of commodity futures and options markets;
- Has good knowledge of trading related software and tools;
- Experience with data analysis tools; Excel, Power BI, Query and coding languages such as Python/SQL is preferred;
- Commercial skills, trade sprit and socially skilled;
- Possesses the following competences: Teamwork, Effective Communication, Management and Responsibility, Leadership, Focused and Initiative, Customer focus, Relationship building, Analytical, Financial Awareness.
