Operations Coordinator Europe (M/F) Fulltime
For the Operations Department at our HQ in Herten (Roermond) in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Operations Coordinator Europe Fulltime.

The position
As contact person for our business partners in Europe, the Operations Coordinator takes care of the follow up of the contract with our customers and suppliers. This includes preparing, planning and booking transport. The job is very diverse and challenging due to its speed and complexity. We are looking for a strong and pro-active employee who is interested in arranging international logistics operational activities and has affinity with documents and regulations.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensures correct organization and optimal execution in the supply chain;
- Internal contact for colleagues from own and other departments for country regulations, documentation and changes in the supply chain;
- Mediating among various partners (customers, suppliers, warehouses, transporters and others) and Numidia in order to make the supply run in a smooth and a profitable way;
- Responsible for correct document management;
- Reaches agreements in relation to values (being the base point for invoicing), thus adjusts contract prices accordingly and issues the resulting invoices;
- Handling minor non-conformities and claims;
- Provides customer service from customers and suppliers;
- Responsible for tendering and optimal transport prices.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who
- Has a BSC / MSC degree;
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics;
- Possesses or/and is ready to develop the following personal characteristics: stress resistance, flexibility (regarding to work-related daily situations), decision-making capability, commercial intuition, problem solving skills and an “eye” for the details;
- Has good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office and – Dynamics and ERP-systems);
- Is fluent in English, knowledge of a second language is preferred.

- Check Letter of Credit and make invoices;
- Ensures accurate stock management in warehouses;
- Handling minor non-conformities and claims;
- Provides customer service on any question from customers and suppliers;
- Responsible for tendering and optimal transport prices.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who
- Has a BSC / MSC degree;
- Has relevant work experience;
- Possesses the following competences: Teamwork, Effective Communication, Management and Responsibility, Leadership, Focused and Initiative, Customer focus, Relationship building, Analytical, Financial Awareness;
- Good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office and – Dynamics and ERP-systems);
- Fluent in English;
- Valid Work Permit; we cannot arrange it for our new Operations Coordinator.
