Product information

Fat filled whey powder has a white/creamy color. The product has a low density and is smooth. It is produced from fresh liquid whey. The fat-filled whey in liquid form can have various types of refined and stabilized high quality vegetable fats (mostly palm oil). It is dried in a two stage drying tower with hot air (spray drying).

A cost-effective alternative by replacing the milk fat contents with more effective vegetable fat without altering the main functions.
