Concentrated skimmed milk products are obtained through partial water removal through evaporation. The pasteurized milk is concentrated to 33 – 40% total solids including fat content 1,5%.
Concentrated full cream milk products are obtained through partial water removal through evaporation. The pasteurized milk is concentrated to 30 – 40% total solids including fat content 12%.
