The Position

As contact person for our business partners in Europe, the Customer Care Executive takes care of the follow up of the contract with our customers. This includes preparing, planning and booking transport. The job is very diverse and challenging due to its speed and complexity. We are looking for a strong, pro-active, and customer-oriented employee who is interested in arranging international logistics and has affinity with documents and regulations.

What you need:

• BSC/MSC degree;
• Strongly developed problem solving skills;
• The following competences: teamwork, effective communication, management and responsibility, leadership, focused and initiative, customer focus, relationship building, analytical, financial awareness;
• Good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office and  – preferably Dynamics or another ERP-system);
• Fluent in English and minimum 1 other language (advanced level).

The Position

As a Customs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our import and export activities comply with all relevant customs regulations. You will be responsible for managing customs documentation, ensuring accurate classification of goods, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and procedures.

What We’re Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, or a related field. Certification as a Customs Specialist (e.g. CCS, CCB etc. is preferred);
• Proven in-depth knowledge and/or experience in Customs regulations, tariff classifications and international trade compliance;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
