Deproteinized Whey Powder
The deproteinized whey is produced from sweet whey by means of ultra-filtration.
Deproteinized Whey is produced through the cold ultra-filtration of sweet dairy whey. With removing a part of the protein from sweet whey, it becomes a non-hygroscopic, free-flowing and clean flavored powder. It contains 80% (or higher) lactose (carbohydrate) levels. Protein (dry matter) is minimal 2%. The product has a uniform color: white to cream.
